Sales Support Rep

Summary

This position will support the sale of Momentum hosted VoIP to small, mid-size and large businesses,and government, education and medical institutional customers. The individual in this role is primarily responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization (to include Momentum’s VAR’s) in developing effective customer proposals and presentations, completing RFP responses, assuring accurate and complete contract packages in support of complex agreements, providing opportunity and order processing support as required, and generally supporting the success of the sales organization.  This individual will also assist in the reporting aspects of the Sales team and will be responsible for assuring quality in data completion and accuracy. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through providing support to the Channel Managers, Direct Sales team and VAR’s in designing customer proposals and presentations,  and completing RFP responses.
  • Support quality in opportunity and order management in Sales through review of contract packages for accuracy and support for completing opportunity and order processing as required. Responsible for assuring quality in data completion and accuracy in all activities.  
  • Contribute to Sales Administration as required through tracking of demo accounts, including equipment, and support of specific sales campaigns.

Education and Experience

  • B.S. Degree in related field; Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Prior Sales Support work experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have a strong work ethic

Other

10%+ out of the office meeting with customers may be required; must have a car and valid driving license.
